This fantasy paint scheme puts the SD70ACe in the colors of the United States Navy. Prototypically, these locomotives never wore this livery — but they make a powerful statement on any layout. The Paragon4 version goes a step further: in addition to synchronized EMD diesel sound, user-adjustable operating smoke, GoPack capacitors, and dual DC/DCC operation, it includes a selectable library of military and patriotic songs accessible via DCC CV controls. Default locomotive sounds are always available — the patriotic sound set is an added option, not a replacement.
